Regulation
1) The hotel reserves the right to check the validity of your credit card before your arrival (requesting the authorization to the credit card issuer)
2) Our clients guests are kindly required to inform the Reception in advance regarding any possible delay of the agreed check in
3) Animals (of any type) are not allowed
4) It is strictly forbidden to allow entry to other people not previously registered by the staff even if “for a short period of time”
5) Customers are kindly requested to maintain a low tone of voice and volume of the TV after 22:00 p.m. hours and up to 09:00 a.m
6) The client agrees to reserve a good usage of the furniture and of any equipment the room is offering in order to avoid unpleasant extra charge
due to the necessary and unexpected repair
7) The cleaning of the rooms will be performed every day before 12.00 a.m. (we kindly ask you to leave the room before that time)
8) On the departure date room has to be freed before 11 a.m. in the morning
9) If you need to leave your luggage inform the reception before your departure
10) Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and in case of non compliance the cost of the unexpected laundry will be charged
11) In any case of missed presentation (not showing up) or cancellation above the terms (7 days) the total amount of your stay will be charged on your credit card
